    Hello,
I updated last version of the plugin few days ago right after that whenever we tried the open site with “www” it gives blank page and on admin panel entrance it gives this: ERROR Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums. We talked with hosting company they even couldnt fix it and said there is a problem in all in one wp security and firewall we removed everything between
    # BEGIN All In One WP Security

    # END All In One WP Security
but its still didnt work i really need help for that
    Thanks.

  • Have you deactivated the plugin using the the link that is in this sticky post?:

    Hello,

I am experiencing this issue as well, what I made is that I configured the settings to log out automatically all users including me after a week, and I have the maintenance mode activated. Today is the first day of the new week, I try to log in (as usual) and I am sure I enter the correct user name and password but I can’t log in, I do still go to the maintenance mode, then I try again and the plugin doesn’t let me in, I deleted the plugin via ftp and I was able to sign in, I activated the plugin again and I was locked out again when I clicked activate. The plugin doesn’t let the admin in as it was before.

    Hi,
Deactivate the plugin and then log into PHPMyadmin to delete all of the settings as per this thread:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/reset-configuration-to-defaults-settings?replies=2

Then reactivate the plugin and you should not be locked out because you will be starting with fresh factory settings for AIOWPS.

Well, this is not the case. I followed what you said but this didn’t solve the problem, I knew what is the problem and I will try to be specific so that you can replicate it on your machine.
    1) Have theme my log in plugin installed.
    2) Go to WP Security> Maintenance> Check this if you want all visitors except those who are logged in as administrator to be locked out of the front-end of your site. (have this enabled)
    3) configure the other security setting as you desire.
    4) Log out.
    5) Try to log in now, lets say you have your log in page as follows:
    https://www.yourdomain.com/AIOWPS (instead of wp-admin).
Enter your username// password // Captcha
After you click sign in, you will be redirected to a new page:
https://www.yourdomain.com/login/ This page has [theme-my-login] short code and will show the maintenance mode and you won’t be able to log in.

You will never be able to log in when you have theme my log in plugin enabled and the maintenance mode enabled even if you are an admin.

Please replicate this on your machine and let me know if you have the same result I have.

    Thanks

Ahh ok you didn’t mention before that you are using a plugin which is manipulating the login page and functionality.

If you deactivate the “theme my log in” plugin, does the problem go away?

Yes, if I deactivate theme my log in the problem goes away. In my case I have two options:
    1) Deactivate theme my log in (or)
    2) Deactivate the maintenance mode.

I can’t have 1+2 enabled, I will be locked out.

We made a small change in the maintenance mode code execution priority. It should address this issue hopefully. This will be added in the next version.

Thank you. It’s just that the maintenance mode should let you in when you are the admin ??

Great plugin and great support team!
