Admin cannot see posts that have privacy above logged in users

As admin, if I am not friends with a member then I cannot see their post if the privacy level is above logged in users – this is true for both front end and back end.

If I have a user that posts filth, I am unable to see it, this is a huge issue as an admin should be able to see everything regardless of a users settings.
