Admin cannot see the private files assigned to users

    Hello,

    I couldn’t find this question answered, so I’m sorry if I’m asking an already answered question.

    As an admin, when I assign a private file to any of my subscribers, I cannot see that file in the front-end of my customer area. The subscriber can see and download the files assigned for him without problems, but I, as an admin, cannot see it in the front-end.

    Any solution? I would like to have a control of all private files straight from my front-end..

    Indeed, the admin cannot see all files in the front-end. However, we have an add-on which allows administrators to “switch” the user and see the private area as someone else would see it when he is logged in.

    Other than that, you will see in the next version that the back-end has improved a lot regarding the possibilities to search private content. Which will be great for admins.
