    I have recaptcha toggled for the reset password form.

    When logged in as an admin for a site, and on edit user screen, the send reset password link cannot send email because there is no re-captcha on the admin screen. I have to deselect the option for the reset password form so I can send a user a link via email. Then I turn it back on so that it is on the form on the front end.

    Thank you for your message and for using our plugin.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. I’ve just ran a quick test and I can confirm that the “Send Reset Link” in user profile pages works well and an email is sent, even when CAPTCHA is enabled on both Lost Password and Reset Password Form.

    So we need to find out what could be causing this on your website. To start off with, can you please answer the below questions:

    1) Does this happen to any / all users or only specific users / users with a specific role?

    2) Do you see any error or message when you click the Send Reset Link button?

    3) Can you install the plugin Email-log and check if an email is actually generated when the settings are on, and you reset a password?

    We only have customers (woocommerce site) and it happens on all users when we are logged in as the admin and try to edit the user. Ironically there is NO recaptcha iframe on this page. But clicking the “Send Reset Link” button give is the error.

    2) Do you see any error or message when you click the Send Reset Link button?

    Yes. ERROR: Please solve Captcha correctly
    I appears right above the button after it is clicked.

    3) Can you install the plugin Email-log and check if an email is actually generated when the settings are on, and you reset a password?

    Yes, already installed on this site. No email is sent. I have to disable your plug-in. Then I can send the email.

    I am really sorry for the late reply on this. Somehow I missed the email notification.
