admin can’t see links/flush rewrite doesn’t help

    We have a very odd error – One of our team members inadvertently upgraded our site to 5.0. We did a forced rollback because of other errors and now admins (and it appears only admins) cannot see the links – just a gray page for the result. Other user roles appear to see these fine. Any suggestions?

  • Hi, @mommysplurge.

    A couple of things you can try:

    – Disable all other plugins in case of a conflict. (It’s possible a feature that’s only enabled for admin users is conflicting with that page.)
    – Check your site’s PHP log for fatal errors. (A fatal error could prevent the page from loading and give you a gray screen.)
