Admin capabilities issue

I was stuck with the same issue described here :

The issue is not fixed. To reproduce, check the checkbox Advanced Settings > “Full User Capabilities” of a pod (extended post), save, uncheck, save, and try to edit some pod of the concerned type.
You can’t anymore.
I have to delete the meta record “capability_type_extra” (setted to 0) to have my admin capabilities back.
It seems to be a bug.
