Hello Admin Columns Team, first of all “thank you” for a really great tool.

I think that an error occurs when I rename an existing field (in a POD).

    Example:
    old: street_text
    new: street

Admin Columns then does not show me this renamed field “street” when creating it under “Custom Field”. I only see the old field name “street_text”.

I can select it, but the content of the field in the dashboard remains empty.

It appears that Admin Columns does not update the renamed field names.

Can I fix the problem myself or is it a bug?

    Hey Admin Columns,

I have solved the problem. Deactivate and reactivate the plugin and the renamed fields are visible …

    Best regards

If you use the free version and ‘Custom Field’ column type, it is good to know that there needs to be at least one record of a post with that custom field populated, otherwise it will not be listed. Our plugin is not aware of the field settings in Pods so it looks at the database for available custom fields.

Our Pro version comes with a Pods integration though, where you can add a specific Pods column that will look at the actual Pods context for fields.
