    Hi,

When Adminify is active there are various admin pages where the columns aren’t aligned with the column headers, and some column headers are missing. See screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1uD9WZj

I’m on the Pro plan, and I put in a support chat a week ago with Jemee. I provided site access and was assured it would be fixed. Five days later I hadn’t received any updates so I started a new chat with Nancy (I had to start a new chat because the chat window won’t allow continuing a previous chat.) I was told I would receive an update that day.

Well, three days later and still no update.

I’m a bit miffed that I’m not getting any updates. I understand that sometimes fixes can take a bit of time, but no updates on an issue for a week is quite poor.

Can someone please check the status of this issue and explain why no updates are being provided?

    Thanks,

    -Norm

    Hello @normsash,

We always give Premium support as priority basis. It shouldn’t take too long time to respond.

Can you please check product description for support link/email us again. I’ll look at this personally.

Thanks for the reply, @litonice13 . I previously used the chat to submit all of the information. Now I have submitted a bug report form from the contact page (I just copied the text from this post).

I didn’t see an email address for support (my preferred method). Is there a support email address?
