admin console not loading

When attempting to configure SU by going to /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=shortcodesultimate the page does not completely load. I see that the likely reason is that there is a missing “/” after the root in the code at the end of the page where the <scripts> load.

For example:
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’https://www.wholesomeone.comwp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/assets/js/magnific-popup.js?ver=0.9.7′></script&gt;

I don’t know how this occurred.

I deactivated, deleted, and re-installed, but that did not correct the issue.

Can you help? Can you instruct me where and how to add the slash?
