admin controls not loading, page – all content gone

    Hi,

    I’m new to all this, so having an experienced WP user next to me, we updated the WP. All was fine and I changed the language from Latvian to English. After which the admin panel would not load – just appears as a white blank page. The actual page has only logo now, all content is gone. I’m in trouble as it is my school’s official webpage I was to keep updated… Please, help.

    – Blank white page is a PHP error. This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including: (1) Bad theme (2) Bad plugin (3) Bad install/upgrade (4) you exhausted the memory limit (5) It could also mean that there is an issue with your web hosting server. 1 and 2 are more common.
    – Since the problem can be caused by any number of things, check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

    Try logging in to your WordPress admin via wp-login.php instead of wp-admin, like so: https://www.jas.lv/wp-login.php (that brings up the login box for me).
