Admin css are missing when deactivate and activate plugin

    Admin css (popupAdminStyles.css) are missing when I deactivate and activate plugin again. I found problem in /com/classes/Style.php, line 35:

    $registeredPlugins = AdminHelper::getOption(SGPB_POPUP_BUILDER_REGISTERED_PLUGINS);

    Variable $registeredPlugins is empty bacause in database (‘options’) is empty table [] in:
    option_name = sgpbPopupBuilderRegisteredPlugins
    option_value = []

    Reinstalling the plugin doesn’t help .

    WP ver: 5.8
    Plugin ver: 4.0.4

    One more detail: My site is multi-site. The plugin is only enabled on one of the site.
