Admin CSS/Javascript not loaded on Gutenberg

  • CSS and javascript are missing from the edit-post pages on WordPress 5.x (Gutenberg) editor.
    As you see the function the_block_editor_meta_box_post_form_hidden_fields() in wp-admin/includes/post.php, only input tags are rendered from the output of the action edit_form_advanced.
    Style and script tags are ignored unless you use the action block_editor_meta_box_hidden_fields instead.
