• I have been away from my sites for awhile, and returned to update and install new themes, content, etc. One of my sites is just fine, and the dashboard loads completely. One other site, however, logs in to WP-admin, and opens the dashboard, but there is nothing there except the options down the left side, none of which opens anything except the contact link. I know I need to upgrade the WP version, but I can’t get to anything to back up, etc. Where is the dashboard information? How do I recover it?
    thank you,
    Kathy

  • There’s a couple of things to try on this post.

I don’t have any blank pages anywhere on the site. The only blank page is the dashboard home page. The only links on the left side that load are the Settings (of which only the theme setting, All in One SEO, sitemap gen, TinyMCE and XML sitemap load). The version is out of date, but I can’t update it. I have not made any changes, and the dashboard has worked fine in the past, although it has been at least a year since I opened it.
    thank you
