Admin dashboard not loading

For a few days now I have a problem with only one page.
That is the dashboard page that should open after logging in.
I have to login on the front end via the Woocommerce login page and then use the top navigation bar to get to admin pages.
All of the admin navigation works fine apart from the dashboard page.
The error that is emailed references the problem but there is no way to work out where the fix might be.

First, visit your website (https://edisonlightglobes.com/Shop/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://edisonlightglobes.com/Shop/Shop/wp-admin/) and check for any visible issues.

There looks to be and extra “Shop” in the url where the error was caught??

Recovery mode does not seem to work as it times out also.

I have tried a range of things to fix this but it seems it may be a database issue.
