Admin delete user does not delete user-content (when selected)

When this plugin is enabled, the admin user cannot delete the user and the content (custom post types) in one go (as checked with the option “Delete all content.”
The user is deleted, but the users (custom) posts remain.

Disabling this plugin, then bulk deleting users works as advertised and all custom posts beloning to the user are deleted. Is this a bug ? Should I look into a setting somewhere ? I believe the admin user should always be able to do this.
