Same issue again after just two days – and yes, change did occur in database also.

OK, so we know two things….

1) It’s not a cache or display problem and
2) it happens rapidly enough that you can test out fixes.

Could it be database corruption? Let’s try repairing your database.

if that doesn’t solve it, then let’s treat your site as if it were hacked. Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.
