    Dear Support!

    In some cases the plugin doesn’t send for me the admin e-mail.
    The entri is in the everest plugins site, but the e-mail doesn’t arrive to me. Nor in the incoming nor in the spam folder.
    There are about 10 messages arrived and 1 not.
    What could be the problem. Could you please solve this problem?

    Hi @lilinor,

    If none of the messages are being delivered then it could be a problem with the plugin but if some messages are being delivered and some are not then it could be a problem with your hosting provider email service.
    Please let me know if none of the messages are being delivered and I will get back to you. But if it is the other case then I recommend you to contact your hosting provider regarding this as they might be able to assist you.

    Thank you for your answer.
    Only some of e-mails are not forwarded. As I see for example if in the e-mail field is hotmail.com or some other, the mail won-t be forwarded.
    How do the plugin forward the mail? Because I can’t find settings for e-mail sending, server, etc? Where can I edit settings, to work properly? If you could help me, where I should try to change settings I would be very thansful!
