    I have 2 registration forms that include PayPal integration. The forms have stopped sending notification emails, but the PayPal receipt is sent. For Example, client fills out the form and pays for a class. The submission is received in the forminator submissions. An email should be sent to the site owner that a submission was sent, and a confirmation email should be sent to the registrants confirming they are registered. Neither one is being received. I even set up WP Mail SMTP and authenticated the domain. I also tested a simple form without PayPal and the confirmation emails went through.

    I hope you’re well today!

    In “User Registration” settings of your form, is the “User Account Activation – Activation Method” option set to “Default”, “Email Activation” or “Manual Approval”?

    If it’s “Email activation” – is the “Activation Email” below it set to “Default” or “None”?

    If “Activation Method” is “Default” – do you see user account created (is it listed on “Users” page in site’s back-end) even though there’s no e-mail notification? Or there’s no account created there?

    If “Activation Method” is “Manual” – then if you check form submissions in Forminator, is that submission marked with “pending approval” or not?

    It would also be helpful if we could test your form on our end. You can export the form and put its export file on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account then post direct link to it in response below. It would help a lot in troubleshooting.

    I am not seeing anything for “User Registration” in settings. Where can I find that?

    Thanks for response!

    I’m sorry, I misguided you a bit (not intentionally). I assumed that the form in question is a “user registration” type form (you’d see those settings then) but I didn’t check the actual form. I apologize for mistake.

    This would be a different case then and we’ll need to check it. Could you please export the form in question and put export file on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account, then post direct link to it in your response below?

    We’d then be able to import the form to test setup and check it then which should, hopefully, help us identify the cause of the issue.
