Admin Email Can’t Be Changed

  • Hi,

    I’ve tried to change my admin email but I haven’t received confirmation from WordPress. I reached out to my host, BlueHost and they said it was an issue with Google since they are my email provider. Google has tried to manually setup WP as not spam but still no luck. They said it was an issue within WP.

    I have a contact form on my site and am not getting emails because WP is not confirming my email.

    It’s a host problem, even if you change it you can’t receive any email!

    You should ask this from your host provider or use a plugin to change your website mail service such as https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp

    However, i recommend ask your hosting.

    Hi! They were the first ones I asked and the reps at BlueHost said that sometimes WP just doesn’t send emails which I thought was odd ??

    I’ll try again. It’s so frustrating!
