Admin email change ?

Hello,
How can I change the recipient of the admin emails ?
I tried this code snippet https://gist.github.com/andrewlimaza/fc372ea171888e5da21f9a4c37897c05 but no emails are sent…
I just changed the “[email protected]” with the email of my choice but it’s not working.
Any idea ?
