Admin Email Not Received

    We have your plugin installed to be used with the Asgaros Forum – we are using the Elementor Theme. The admin did not receive any emails. I am not sure if the user is to receive an email – but as a test I signed up as a user, and I didn’t receive one.

    Is there an email plug in that needs installed. I am not using any WooCommerce plugins.

    Thanks for using the New User Approve,

    No, you do not need any additional plugins to send emails.

    It looks like a hosting issue, can you confirm you are receiving emails from other plugins?

    You can also install an ‘Email Log’ plugin to check if the email is actually being sent from the code.

    Thank you for your reply! I installed an email log, and it shows that the emails were delivered to the person registering. No email was received – we checked all folders.
