Admin Email notification

Hi,
A client of us, installed Klarna as another payment option and they just told us about a problem they have, which they don’t receive any admin email notification after using Klarna as the payment option. They tested it selecting “Vorkasse” and “Paypal” and they do receive an admin email notification about a new order but not when they select Klarna.
As I don’t know how Klarna works, do you have an idea about what could be the problem? Does this need any other configuration?
We have a testing site and they configured the woocommerce email settings (Neue bestellung, Stornierte Bestellung, Fehlgeschlage Bestellung) to point to a specific email ([email protected]) and as I mentioned above, they receive an admin email when selecting paypal and vorkasse.
