Admin email notification issue

Can you please install the plugin, WP Mail Logging (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/) and check if the mails are properly logged (Tools > WP Mail Log)? If the notification mails are logged and it’s not delivered, then, it’s not the problem with the plugin, but, an issue with your email delivery service. In that case, you can refer to this guide for the solutions: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-not-sending-emails/
If the problem persists you can provide us admin access so that we can have a closer look at this issue.
