Admin email privacy

Hi champs
I hope you’re all having a great Christmas. And if Christmas isn’t your thing then, a great day!
I have admin email set to [email protected], to sync it with my Fluent Form Pro contact page.
But i am not sure if i should have it set to [email protected] instead, because email1 will go to my staff at support, allowing them to reset the admin password.
Is it normal practice to have my account admin email set to email2, and email1 for support plugin?
I hope this isn’t a silly question. I don’t know if there’s anything in the background here.
