    Hi,

We have recently set up a “Post – New Comment Awaiting Moderation” notification. This notification is only meant to be sent to one user (User A) of the website, and not the admin.

How can we stop the Admin receiving these notifications?

    Thanks,
    Ryan

    Hi @ryanworthington,
    Thanks for your message.

You can set who to send this notification to with BNFW. If you’re receiving this to the admin address as well it may be because you have to disable some default WP settings too. Please have a search for ‘New Comment Awaiting Moderation’ on this page to see if it helps: https://betternotificationsforwp.com/documentation/notifications/types-of-notification/

    Hi,

We have done this, hence User 1 receiving the emails. The issue is that we cannot turn of the admin also receiving the emails.

    Hi @ryanworthington,
Is the admin receiving the exact same email or are they receiving a different email?
If the content of the emails is different, WordPress or another plugin is still sending the default email to the site admin.
