Admin Emails Not Being Received

Forminator only initiate actions to send the emails, it’s your WordPress install that actually sends the emails. Could you please install the Email Log plugin and then check whether emails are picked up in the Email log plugin?

If the emails are picked in the Email log plugin, then it means Forminator is sending the emails but for some reason either the WP is failing to send the emails or the emails aren’t reaching the destination.

In such instances, the issue would be either within your WordPress install or within your Email hosting configuration.

Thanks for your response.
I am not sure that the problem was with WP or the server, as we continued to receive other submissions from other forms to the same emails. Today we realized that the form was not working at all. A customer made a complaint as the form was not submitting his request (stuck at loading without ever submitting the request). We tested from our end and it happened in the same way. I needed to quickly create a new form and published it with a new code in order to allow the customers to submit their requests.
The broken form is saved as Service Form-Broken.
Could you please check what is wrong with the form? Please see the form pasted below.

Hi, I need urgent support! None of my forms are working now!

I tested the form you shared above in a testing site of mine and I didn’t get any errors when submitting it.
If you have even more generic issues with forms, then most probably there is some kind of conflict with another plugin or theme that causes that, thus a conflict test should be made to narrow this down.

How to:
First, create a recent backup in case you lose any settings during the test and have to restore to a previous working state.
Then deactivate all plugins apart from Forminator, activate a default theme like TwentyTwentyOne, clear all caches and check again if the issue is still there. If not, it means that something is conflicting, so start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, checking every time for the reported issue, until you reproduce the issue, thus finding the conflicted combination. If this is a live website with traffic, I’d rather advise to create a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this installation into another location/folder in the same server, using a separate database, and perform the test in there instead without worrying about the live site.
