Admin emails not being received

I recently noticed that I was no longer receiving email when events were submitted to my website, but nothing has changed as far as I know. I have no issues receiving email directly, it just seems to be system generate messages that have stopped coming in.

I also noticed that when events are modified the listing doesn’t update date or status (from published to last modified)
