Admin Fields Don’t Work For Variations

  • Problem #1:

    Tested with
    WordPress 4.9.8 / Woocommerce 3.4.5
    WordPress 4.9.8 / Woocommerce 3.5.1

    I can’t get admin fields to show on the variations tab.

    I created a new test Admin field group. Added a single text field. Conditions set to Product Variation is equal to All Products / All Variations. Locations set to show if Product Tabs is equal to Variable Tab. (tested with product tab = general tab and that doesn’t work either)

    Any ideas?

    Problem #2:
    My long term goal is to have a custom text field added to simple products on the general tab and each variation in the variable fields. Can this be accomplished with this plugin?

    I’m sure problem #1 has to be fixed before problem #2 can be attempted. Please help.
