My custom post type created by POds has 10,000 entries.
Is there a way to filter by taxonomy or custom fields within the admin side?
I’ve tried using the plugin “Admin Columns” but this plugin has not been updated and also it doesn’t filter – just adds the columns.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @rscarter1

There is no Pods functionality for this.
You need to pro version of Admin Columns for filtering, searching and inline-editing.

Admin Columns Pro does have filtering available (just not the free version). I use that and swear by that plugin because it’s so powerful, I use it on every site I have to work with any amount of data on. Their Pods integration (in Pro) is also very well built and they’ve put a lot of time into it to help support our users.

Outside of that — you can filter posts by taxonomies through WordPress itself as long as you have used the Connections tab to associate your taxonomies with your post type. Do you have them using relationships or the Connections setting?

Custom field filtering is a bit more tricky since it’s not part of WordPress itself. I don’t have much experience with the plugins out for this right now as most of my experience was before Admin Columns hit the scene a number of years ago and the ones I had used are no longer supported/maintained.
