Admin Icons got HUGE with last release

Holy cow, all of the icons on the back-end admin page got HUGE with the last release, with the Pause link at 128px, and the edit and trash icons being 48px.

The Pause icon causes each snippet block area to be about 1/5th the size of the whole page!

I would reduce these icons to no more than 24px each.
