    Stange behavior i can’t explain: I as admin keep getting all emails sent via the CF7 on https://rehmann.legal, but my client – who’s mail address ist entered in the form settings – does not.

    We both have “admin” status, but my address is entered as the general contact in the WordPress settings. Any ideas?

    1. Check for Plugin Conflicts:
      – Test the form after deactivating each plugin individually to determine whether the problem still exists.
      – Email functionality may occasionally be interfered with by other plugins.
      – Utilize this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-conflicts/
    2. Interference from SMTP plugins if have:
      Verify that your SMTP plugin is properly configured and isn’t overriding the recipient address while sending emails.
    3. Server-level email routing:
      Redirecting emails is an unusual use case for server-level email routing. To find out if there are any email routing restrictions in place, contact your hosting provider.

    Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

    The form was on the “Contact” page. We solved the problem using a new noreply-mail address and an SMTP plugin (WP SMTP). Obviously it was a thing within the providers realm.
