Admin is being set up as inactive

  • I have a user set up as an administrator and his account, while allowing him to login to wordpress, is being set as inactive. I was not aware there was such a function? I’m most sure where to go to “activate” his account. Any ideas?

    An inactive status is not supported in the default installation, but your theme or a plugin could implement one. I would guess an activation link was sent to the email address that was used during registration. Check for email at that address. Don’t forget to check the spam folder.
