admin is not working after removing directory name from url in admin.

  • Accidentally i removed my directory folder name from my url in admin- setting- url .. now i am not able to access my admin . i want to back my admin and website as before. please help me.. i had tried all possible things. and i also not able to see .htaccess file. my hosting support is yahoo. and they are not giving proper support. i want back everything again in quick and easy way. if someone know i can give him/her access of my ftp ..

    i already set in filezilla option server–> force showing hidden files

    If that is set, then you must not have any .htaccess files. The only chance at this point is your hosting provider investigating for you, as they have the access necessary to do so.

    they are not responding … no changes i feel in my website. they only saying from last day that our team is working …. Is there any solution..

    No, since none of the things posted above worked for you. At this point, you will need your host to investigate the access denial for you.

    Perhaps it’s time to consider a different host?

    Actually, one more thing to try. Check the permissions on the /wp-content/ and /wp-admin/ directories. Are they set to 755 or higher, and are the files within set to 644 or higher?
