  • Are you on the very ***LATEST*** version of Divi and the child theme you’re using? The last 2 Divi updates both addressed WordPress 4.9 compatibility issues.

    If you’re running the latest version and still having problems, your best bet would be to contact Elegant Themes (Divi developers), as they’ll be the best folks to help you. Support volunteers here are not given access to commercial products to test, that’s why commercial products are not officially supported here.
