Admin language not matching user profile language

I have an english site, set my users language to swedish, and it works just fine. What setup did you have?

@jonkastonka It looks like it’s working for me when the site language is English and the user language is Swedish, but not when the site language is Finnish and the user language is Swedish. Can you try that?

Yes, tried it and got the same problem. Strange indeed. Will try to look into it.

I was loading the text domain like:
load_plugin_textdomain( 'cookies-and-content-security-policy', false, basename( dirname( __FILE__ ) ) . '/languages' );

Should be like:

add_action( 'init', 'cacsp_load_textdomain' );
function cacsp_load_textdomain() {
    load_plugin_textdomain( 'cookies-and-content-security-policy', false, dirname( plugin_basename( __FILE__ ) ) . '/languages' ); 
}
