Admin links don't support custom Site URL

I configure my WP instances with separate content and WP folders (using the WP_SITEURL and WP_CONTENT_URL constants). But all the links in this plugin are using bloginfo(‘url’) instead of site_url(), so it’s not usable in this setup.
