Sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with the orders from your store via the mobile app. I checked on my device and can confirm I’m having a different view compared to yours.

Could you please share your mobile operating system and the WooCommerce mobile app version? I’m running an android device and this is how I could view on my end: https://snipboard.io/PjdW9t.jpg.

My app version is V 19.3. running on Android and running the latest WooCommerce version in my store.

Same here after updating WooCommerce on v9.1.1. We are talking about browser mobile page. Please make a fix as we can’t manage them like this.

So do i. It is normal on the desktop, but the order number and orderer name are not visible on the mobile manager screen. My phone is Android. My WooCommerce version is 9.1.2.

If I understand you correctly, this issue seems to be appearing when viewing your orders via a mobile browser, is that right?

I was able to replicate this from my end and at the moment, we’re working internally on a fix for this issue. I’ll update more details here on the way forward.

The mobile operating system is Android 14 One UI 6.1. but other operating systems ( iphone ) and android version same issues
