    Although he chooses “remember me” every day, when I connect again he keeps asking me for a password user (the fields are already filled in). It is not much of a nuisance but I would like to understand why it does not work unlike other 3 sites I administer. Clean Chrome’s cache but nothing changes. Ideas?

    That sounds like your host is clearing the cache on their side, or it may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If that doesn’t work contact your host and ask if they can find the issue.

    Also check your browser settings, and make sure that it isn’t set to delete cookies when you close the browser. Cookies are what remember you being logged in, if you clear them, then you’re not logged in anymore.

    OK, I tried all the proposed solutions but the problem persists. It is true that it is not a problem every time to type username and password but now I am broken.
    I add that the login is requested twice. Both times with correct username and correct password preset. The second login request appears even if I do not press login. I hope I explained myself. In short, the MEMORY BOX DOES NOT WORK
