Admin Login Issue

When I reach the admin login dashboard, I enter my credentials and I hit log in. My status bar just sits there like I’ve never actually did nothing. I’ve cleared my cache, restarted my computer, did all the steps and still won’t let me log in. It let me logged in before, when I first installed it. I’ve even use my phone to still, when I hit the log in button it doesn’t do anything. It’s like the login button is not anchored or something. Have anyone gotten this problem? What’s the solution?
