Admin login issue

Hello,

I am unable to login to the wp-admin area of my website. I requested for a new password to be sent via email, but no email has arrived. I have checked my junk mail/spam folders and nothing. I have also checked any other email addresses I could have used and nothing.

When I type in my user name or email into the forgot password area it accepts it and says: “Check your e-mail for the confirmation link.” So I know the username/email address are correct.

Currently I am completely blocked out of my website and unable to reset my password to regain access.

Any advice on how I can get back in please?
