Admin Login page doesn't work

Hi,
So yesterday I was having issues with the Site Address, which was resolved in this topic: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/change-site-address-errors?replies=4However, a new issue came up: I can’t log in through the new URL but only through the URL that WP is installed in.
So site address was changed to https://www.outtahand.com
WP installed in https://www.wai-lam.com/clients/OuttahandIs there a fix for this?
