Admin login page will not load in browser

Hi can someone please help i updated my wordpress and followed all the instructions then i updated the plugins … i then check my posts …i noticed that sound cloud was not showing on my web page so i closed wordpress tried to restart it now the login page times out says there in no connection and my website will not load either browser times out … has anyone a clue how i can connect to wordpress its driving me nuts thanks ?? ohh web site is https://www.undadogz.com
