Admin login problem

Hello!
I use latest wordpress version and now I have problem. If I try to login my wordpress site mysite.com/wp-admin I get popup window and this ask username and password. I am not ever see that popup window before this day. Okey I put my right username and password but it say “cannot login” -> “Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn’t understand how to supply the credentials required.”
Where is that my “normal login page” gone/losted?
