Admin Logins that can only edit a single page

Hi Guys,

I am building this website for a shopping centre and they require each store to be able to login and edit their store page (but not have access to any other page on the site). I have googled and googled and tried several different plugins but nothing seems to be working. Can you please give me a solution with detailed instructions on how to set up logins for each store?

Thank you for your help!! This issue has been driving me crazy!! I’m hoping its a simple solution.
