Admin Logo Showing Twice In Some Places

I installed the plugin, it works great, except the logo is being displayed twice one under the other on some screens, I can’t see any rhyme or reason why this is happening, but it is. Any ideas?
Just to be clear I’m referring to the logo on the left side on top of the admin menu.
