    Hi WP gurus,

    The site – https://wcyork.ca

    The admin users have lost all their back end access to the WP site. I have access to the MySQL admin and have changed my meta to:

    a:4:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;s:5:”board”;b:1;s:13:”bbp_moderator”;b:1;s:7:”confcom”;b:1;}

    I went as far as changing it to:

    a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;}

    Still no access. Wondering if someone has a better way to fix it.

    Are there any administrators account currently in your database (in the users table)? If so, you just need to update any admin’s password (use MD5 format) in phpmyadmin then login using the new password.

    Thanks for the response.

    When the plugin made changes it hit all the access tables. The plugin developer has fixed the issue and all is well.

    Plugin that affected the tables – Defender.

    Thanks,
    Doug
