Admin Menu 3.4.2: where is everything?

  • Hello!
    I’m used to using WordPress 3.2.1 for one site I run (and actually afraid to upgrade, because I’m used to it.) I’m now in charge of a site that uses 3.4.2, but I can’t find many of the menu options:
    -Appearance
    -Plugins
    -Settings
    -Flip Group (our designer)

    They are important for many things I need to do for the site. How can I get them?
