In my admin dashboard menu I am not seeing any links under the main ‘Check & Log Email’ link, see image:

I know I probably need to deactivate all my other plugins to see if it’s a conflict but this is difficult as it’s on a live site so I will have to create a localhost copy.

Can anyone advise in the meantime? Thanks

    Hi @pinkishhue,

    Thank you for reaching out!
It is most likely an incompatibility with another plugin.

Could you please install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ ?
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only this plugin and see if the same issue happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty for example) and no other plugins.
Please let me know how it goes!

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

Same here, upgraded from previous version.

@pinkishhue disable the plugin and re-enable it, then the menu would show.

    Hi guys,

We just released an updated addressing this.
Can you please update and let me know?

    Thank you,
    Mihaela
