Admin Menu Minimized – Help!

  • I can’t keep the Admin Menu bar maximized, and this is grinding me to a development halt. It was maximized, and then it seemed to minimize, and it was like I clicked a button and it minimized, and won’t come back. Anyone that fixes gets the MVP for the day….

    I have tried the following, which didn’t solve my issues:
    ? Deactivate all plugins
