Admin menu pop-out blocks Save, and persists after leaving

There is a nice pop-out from the admin menu that says “Contact Bank” in a blue box. Two problems:
1. The box sometimes blocks the “save” button. I don’t want to make the form longer or shorter. How can I save?
2. This blue box stays on the screen after I switch to another admin menu item. For example, after using Conatct Bank, I then select “Appearance”. When the Appearance page loads, the Contact Bank pop-out remains on the scrren forever.Thanks
